So the request for one of them to get intouch with the Cardiff County Councils Parks department went unheard and the following was the result. http://scrnch.me/wk4xi
A shame for the local people who use the path by as one little girl said to her father one day as I passed them by 'Where is the Secret Garden?' One of the regulars told me that many of the dog walkers were 'outraged' by what the Council had done. I think that the video makes plain the hypocrisy of their actions. But will they be made to put it right.
Given the above it looks like I am going to have to make up another email account forward my list of emails addresses to it then take 3 days to send as all new email accounts appear to have limits on the number of emails one can send. All because my current one must be going in their junk folders or are blocked that or they just don't give a damn when it comes to Crazydave. Which is why this blog has DISCRIMINATION as its headline.
You will see in the video that I directly ask Mr. Evans if he would have contacted the Parks department if it had been someone else and not Crazydave asking for his intervention. Or is it that the Big Society promoted by his parties Leader is all just bull? Well if Crazydave is involved most definitely Eh Mr. Evans. Or did you try contacted them and they told you where to go. Almost certainly nobody asked the Local Residents what they felt about the Demolishion of the Garden, or else it would still be there.

How is it that Cardiff County Council can be so free with the citizens Community Charge Crazydave? You have got to wonder about the person in charge of that department as well havent you? I mean why havent they ever had the Postcard idea? With a box that says only send it back if details have changed, it sure would save one heck of alot of money in processing man hours (or is it person hours now?) It sure would save one heck of alot of money instationary and postage.
So as it is unlikely that Rodney Berman has looked at my email with the Freedom Of Information Request (posted below) Here is another. Mr. Berman a FOIR for you 'Can you provide me with the cost of a) the stationery in this new mailing to all citizens with regards the electoral register. b) the cost in terms of man hours in collating the stationery to post and then its processing.
O.K. that leaves me with the Equality Human Rights Commissioners not responding to the Freedom of Information Request for an update of the emails of all the new Commissioners who have been appointed since the Mass Exodus that has occurred with board members over the last year or so. Seems that they are not responsive to my emails either Mr. Evans MP for Cardiff North, and once again I will make the claim that the EHRComissioners aid and abet in the Criminal Negligence of Crazydave aka David Gabriel, by the Welsh Assembly Government by Cardiff County council by South Wales Police by the Crown Prosecution Service to name but a few.
I have even approached the New Secretary of State Cheryl Gillan via email, but she has failed to respond. Not that anyone is going to be chasing her in the House of Commons over that eh Crazydave. Hardly I mean that would raise the issue of the BBC's impartiality being a myth as far as reporting protest outside the Welsh Assembly wouldn't it. Like how come they give loads of air time to the herseptin woman, yet a protestor who had been outside there with an ever growing array of beautiful paintings is ignored especially when those paintings make criminal alligations regarding the accounting of Housing Benefit payments by Cardiff County Council in the Rent Revenue Account, and since moved to the General Fund as Rent Rebates? Shamless but not so bad as the Local Government Ombudsman 11 years later still not being able to answer the question 'Is it illegal for the Council to let a property knowing that it does not conform to minimum building standard regulations?

As the subject heading states this is a freedom of information request. I realise that you have never responded to my emails previously but as this one is directly named to you perhaps that will change. I would like the answer to the following 'Would there be £30 million in rent rebates showing in the General Fund if all council housing tenancies were transferred to that of Housing Association ownership?' I realise that this figure used to show up in the Rent Revenue account, and at the request of the Welsh Assembly Government it now shows in the general fund, I also understand from your chief accountant years ago in a letter to me that his figure was for Housing benefit payments made apparently by the Council for only Council tenancies. I trust that this added information here helps you get the answer to the FOIR.
Yours as ever David Gabriel an email reply would be preferable to a written response via postal mail.
I do have an auto response from Mr. Evans that indeed he has received this email, unfortunately the same cannot be said for Mr. Berman or the Secretary of State for Wales Cheryl Gillan, but then its not as if Perter Hain gave a damn when he was in that position of trust.
Oh yes can you answer the other questions raised in the video on wasting money Mr. Berman like what % of council tenants read Welsh, not that it will matter much if I had my way and all council tenancies were tranfered out to Housing Association ownership so that we tenants can have the full housing benefit paid into the account. But for the record what would the saving be if the Tenant times were only in English? and the same for The Capital Times I guess I had better add that these are also Freedom of info requests.

Well they have finally started blocking my email copies of these blogs below are the notifications that I have received so far. I tried the dummy account first and that was frought with the Usual is this spam checking. But as some came back undeliverable it makes me wonder if they are accepting any emails from hotmail accounts. I also tried from a Yahoo acount and that met with the same response so I wonder the same about that. Can anyone with a Yahoo account get through to Assembly Members or the Secretary of State for Wales or is it just my accounts?
Right lets get on with it here are some of the returned addresses, so of the House of Lords members were defunct addresses anyway but I used to like them as it would prove the others got through.

What I wonder Chief Constable is this sufficient evidence to show that Criminal Negligence is at work with the COMPLICITY of the BBC? One wonders why now Crazydave, why these blocked emails now? Is it perhaps they have had wind of your blog and the copywrite of your money saving idea?
Well I did hand deliver the blog to Mr. Berman's home address last Thursday the 2nd of sept 2010. I did record this on video am I really going to have to upload that?
